The representative was very helpful, answered my questions, and provided the information I needed.

Your customer service rep called me about a totally different mortgage issue which had me very frustrated with RoundPoint. After speaking with her, we eventually resolved both issues and it was not easy, but her knowledge and listening ability was the best I've experienced with RoundPoint so far. What started out as a bad experience with your company was turned into a very positive experience by this Service rep, due to her understanding and patient approach to helping me as a customer.

best ever, short call, agent had info available when needed, she escalated to supervisor to get what i needed for info that wasn't available. issues resolved in 10 minutes when prior agents took nearly 2 months and i never received the promised phone call follow up. need more like her on your team
