Nationstar/MrCooper mortgage sold to Roundpoint. I've had numerous issues with them that have been frustrating, inconvenient, and difficult. These include fraud, threats, and false allegations of breach of contract. I had typed up a proper review touching briefly on each of the issues but this site does not seem to want to accept my 10,636 character review... so no useful info for the masses other than this is a super sketchy pseudo-bank that exists primarily to commit fraud and similar illegal acts preying upon people who don't know how to push back or can't afford to. They won't respond to emails in a timely manner. Look up their employees, email format is (censored but easy to find). Owned by Two Harbors Investment / Matrix Financial Services which seem similarly sketchy.

Employee was fine and helpful. Your company phone was horrible. It crackled and shrieked, volume was low. I couldn't hear her she couldn't hear me. Unacceptable for a professional company this day and age. I wanted to make a payment over the phone like I had done before. Your company had not saved the account and routing number from the previous payment. I did not have that information readily available that minute assuming your company already had it.

This company SUCKS! They are the 3rd company to service my mortgage in 3 years. Out of the blue they are demanding an additional $26/ month as a cushion...WTH? I've not missed a mortgage payment in 38 years, and have a credit score of 840. Pure money grab.

My loan got purchased by Roundpoint Mortgage. I have a question and needed to talk to a customer Service agent. I tried calling multiple times and NONE of the options suited my needs and I could not get an agent on the phone. Could not get any help. Very bad customer service. I hate your phone system.

I've only been with the company for 2 months and by far it is the worst mortgage company I've ever experienced in my life.

I received a phone call during the work day and when asked what it was regarding, I was told I needed to answer verifications questions. I complied with the request and the agent proceeded to 'aks' for the reason I hadn't paid my mortgage. This was an isolated incident and simple error on my part. The agent came across very abrupt and instead of 'aksing' if I realized the payment was late, she proceeded to speak in a negative tone.

Like other reviewers, I too have been victimized by Mr Cooper transfer to Roundpoint. The transfer notification, subsequent billing statement delivery, and payment processing has been a debacle. After my calling Roundpoint to resolve all problem, and making all payments on-time, I just received my May 1st bill, saying I am behind in payments and late fee will now be charged if I don’t send $3k instead of $2k. I invite other reviewers here to, as I did today, submit a complaint to consumerfinance.gov

Poor communication, poor customer service.
