Very professional, worked hard to get me an answer, kind with calm voice.

This was my first time calling RoundPoint and the lady I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I created my own confusion and managed to initially confuse her as well, but she quickly identified what I failed to see. I appreciate her showing me where I was making a mistake and correcting me. I couldn't be happier at the level of expertise and care for customer satisfaction that I received tonight. Mr Cooper screwed up my last payment when they transfered my account and were no help and couldn't care when I called them to resolve it but Rosa here at RoundPoint was more than happy to help and went above and beyond to resolve my issue and assure me it would be taken care of in a timely fashion.
