BEWARE! 7315 Bennett Ave Austin texas 78753 My daughter, a fourth-year medical student, stayed here for a one-month rotation. The unit is across from a homeless shelter in an area even hospital staff warned was unsafe, and the gate opens slowly, making night entry risky. The apartment was dirty, the Murphy bed extremely uncomfortable, and the windows didn’t lock. I purchased and left a mattress topper and pillows but received only a $15 refund of my $100 deposit. I would not recommend this location for a single woman
