Incredible company and out of this world customer service!!! If they accidentally miss something/make an error in your order they will send you the replacement product-no questions asked! My dog spilled one of my dip powders, Rossi reached out to me and sent me a complete new one!! Their community page on social media is super helpful and Rossi is always giving tips/tricks and responds to just about every post! It is very hard to find a company like this nowadays. INCREDIBLE!

Introduced to Rossi on xmas and now was on my 6th order :p Nails dipping system are easy and fun to use. Shipping is quick as it is dispatched from Aussie. Have a very friendly and supportive customer service team and fb community page. Only downside is you might be addicted to it and keep making new orders!!

A friend introduced me to Rossi at the beginning of the pandemic. With extra time on my hands I needed something to do. I got a set of 6 colors and essential starter kit and fell in love on the first dip. I am hooked for life. Customer Service is also excellent. I learn a lot from the Facebook page. I save hundreds on my nails and I have already started doing nails for my sister. I get compliments wherever I go.

Their shipping is always prompt and all parcels are packed securely. The customer service cannot be faulted. The effort they make to with their YouTube channel and Facebook page is unheard of.
