We ordered Rossi nails on April 14 during Covid-19 shelter in place as a fun mother-daughter activity. When we hadn’t received the product in over three weeks we contacted them and they told us if we hadn’t received the product by May 21st they would refund our money and let us keep the product. When it did not arrive by May 21st they refused to make good on their promise. They offered us a gift card for part of the amount of our initial purchase price. When we placed our order it did not accept the gift card and charged our debit card for the entire purchase. I will NEVER buy another product from them and would strongly caution anyone before they decide to buy products from them.

Literally the same issue as other reviews. Product was ordered at the beginning of April. A tracking number was provided but according to the tracking website it is not valid. Contacted customer service to find the order. Asked for refund and was offered a gift card or other products as compensation. I was told to send the product back first. How?!?! When no product has been shipped??? Scam company!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would - my girlfriend placed an order over 6 WEEKS ago and there has been no delivery, coupled with the fact their customer service is appalling. Not once has she been offered a refund despite asking for one, all she has been offered is a laughable $35 dollar gift card! In the same e-mail, she was also asked to return the items she hadn't received. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on March 30, and received an email that the package was “shipped” on April 5th. I reached out to them on April 21st to ask if my package may have gotten lost. They gave me an excuse that they are currently creating masks, hand sanitizers and other medical equipment, first. That’s fine, but then you need to mention on your website that you are currently not fulfilling orders due to COVID-19!!! They told me that it should be scheduled for delivery in the next 4-7 days. It is now May 5th and I STILL DO NOT have any confirmation or updates on where my order is. Customer service stopped replying to my messages so I am left with no choice other than disputing the charge with my bank. Do yourself a favor and DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered and paid on 06/04, received an email on 09/04 that my order is shipped with a track and trace that does not work, 13/04 received an email that my order is delayed. After that date no communication and the track and trace still does not work. On 21/04 I contacted Rossi nails myself and they don't even bother to respond. In the meantime we are 25/04 and I still have not received my order or any further communication. I asked my credit card for a refund, I probably wont receive my order based on the facebook comments.

Over three weeks to arrive after paying £6+ for postage and some of the bottles were half full.
