When the pandemic hit, I didn’t want to risk going to the salon to get my nails done. After sitting at home every day in my pajamas without doing my hair and makeup, I wanted a way to feel pretty again, so I started doing my nails myself. The Rossi products are gorgeous and easy to use, and their customer service is out of this world. The best part is honestly the Rossi community where I can connect and bond with fellow mani addicts and share our love of the products. This is definitely an obsession now, and I don’t think I’m ever going back to the salon, even when things are normal again.

My orders always come before the promise date. They have an extraordinary amount of colors to choose from. I've never had to use their customer service, but see on Facebook that they always try to make everything right if an order is messed up. They even help if your child or animal spills your product! There is an amazing community on Facebook where we all help each other and Rossi gets on there with tips and encouragement as well. My nails are now so pretty with their product. It's a fun hobby. I do not buy from anyone else.

I stared doing my nails in quarantine and I came across this brand and I loved how bright their nail powders were. Any time you post a nail selfie, they are always there to praise it which I think is phenomenal that they take time out to talk to every customers. They also have the most wonderful customer service you could ever ask for. With Rossi nails, it’s more of a family brand instead of just a nail brand selling their products. Definitely recommend! Their liquids for the nail powder are also so easy to use and probably one of the best liquids I’ve tried so far.

After going into lockdown after lockdown, I have been unable to get my nails done for almost a year. My nails are paper-thin so the only way to have long nails is with acrylic tips. Not anymore! I started using Rossi powder nail dips and my nails are actually growing. I doubt I will ever go back to acrylics! Very easy to use, even for a beginner like me.

Holy smokes, their products are beyond gratifying that after purchasing my first test order I bought 100+ more dips! Truthfully once you buy from them you’ll never go back to another company again, and also don’t forget to join their Facebook group as well for announcements on deals, restocks and help from other customers or even Rossi themselves!

I started buying Rossi Nails dip powder when quarantine began and all the nail salons shut down. I thought it would just be a means to an end to get me through until I could go back to the salons again, but I have truly fallen in love. There’s far more color options than I ever saw in the salon, and it lasts way longer than any salon dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m a customer for life, and truly appreciate how the company actually cares about their customers. Their customer service is top notch. You really can’t go wrong!

Love Rossi dips! I have tried several other brands and love the quality of Rossi. They also have wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
