It was hard watching my 401K disappear
It was hard watching my 401K disappear. I wanted to move some assets to gold, and talked to several vendors. Rosland Capital answered all my questions and calmed my fear basically. I'm glad now that I made the move.

Working with Micah
I contacted Rosland following a television commercial. I was fortunate to be connected to Micah. As a novice I had several questions concerning precious metal purchases. He answered my questions that assured i was making the correct purchases. Micah was always friendly and helpful.

took over 5 weeks to get coins. Big difference in amount of my check and its worth. I asked for an itemized invoiced and got the runaround . I would ask a question and the answer had nothing to do with my question. Looks as if I lost 7,500 in my investment. I feel mislead. I'll never recoup my loss.

Rosland takes all negative reviews seriously. The reviewer has not provided enough information about his particular transaction for Rosland to address his concerns in detail. Rosland’s sales representatives are trained to respond fully to customer questions and Rosland apologizes to the reviewer if he feels that did not occur as well as for any delay in shipping his order. Also, it should be noted that Rosland does provide customers with an itemized invoice in connection with their purchases and informs them that precious metals and coins should be considered a long-term purchase of at least 3 to 5 years, to maximize the potential for gains. Brilliant First Class Customer Service
