In response to more lies from Rosland: we have paperwork proving that they took over 3 months to deliver the merchandise and within that timeframe we requested a refund (which we also have paperwork to prove) they violated California Civil Code § 1812.600–1812.60 when they took longer than 28 days to deliver the merchandise and refused to allow us to cancel the order. Regardless of any "declaimers" they claim to put on their brochures you should really just avoid doing busines with them because they are going to overcharge you and then hide behind those disclosures when you ask for your money back. Keep in mind, gold is us $800 since we made our purchase and we arent asking for a cent in profit so if you're looking at this as an investment just know gold will probably have to quadruple in value in order for you to break even. My uncle sent them $50,000 via bankwire. He was told they would send him gold coins that was very rare and worth more because of how rare it was. After months of not receiving anything and placing numerous phone calls leaving several messages requesting a refund and to cancel the order that were never returned he decided to report this to the authorities. After the state attorney got involved they finally sent him a package with (22) 1/4 oz gold coins that I was able to find for sale online for about $1,000 each. At this point, gold had increased in value by over $500/oz. Clearly they made more than a $30,000 profit on my uncle's 50,000 "investment." We reached out requesting a refund immediately but they dodged his calls for almost two weeks and then as soon as they called back they said "sorry, its past the 8 day return policy- we cant give you back your money." So you're telling me with gold up 15% he cant even get back his original investment when he asked for a refund before they even sent the coins? Shady, fraudulent compay. Please DO NOT do business with them. We are making complaints with the state attorney general, the FBI, and the postal inspector and we will not stop until the money is returned.

Rosland takes customer complaints seriously. Here, a number of allegations by the complainant, the nephew of Rosland’s customer, are at odds with the facts. First, in response to an inquiry to Rosland from a representative at the Florida state agency that the customer never received the metals he had purchased, Rosland quickly provided evidence of such delivery. Only after several inquiries by the Florida representative to the customer, did the customer acknowledge that full delivery of the metals had in fact occurred, though at first, he contended that only some of the metals had been delivered to him. (Contrary to the complainant’s allegation, the delivery of metals to the customer occurred in advance of any inquiry made to Rosland by the Florida state agency.) Second, in connection with the purchase by the customer of precious metals, Rosland made a number of disclosures in its customer agreement, brochure and invoice and in a recorded confirmation, of the risks, pricing and other material factors as to the metals being sold. Third, Rosland’s Senior Compliance Officer spoke to the customer on September 29th and the customer did not mention or request a refund or potential sale of his metals. Shorted gold Rosland me or was missing. Working with them went nowhere and they refused to provide information. I'm taking around $100,000 + missing. I asked proof to see what was packed in the 6 boxes they sent me and why some of material in the box was with different companies. None of my questions were answered. They are good at trying to blame other. I actually have videos of the boxes opened. Order was over $300,000+. Even sold gold back to them in their holder. Have picture of container. Their person said what I sent was short??? The charge it cost you to buy and sell back is much higher than most companies. Even the friendly sales person avoids informing you about the cost even after the legal words are given you.

Why is it that multiple people complaining. This company is a scam. 8 months ago I was told my holdings were around $516,000 and now currently I have $311,000. Upping the price on unsuspecting people so when it comes time you get nothing back from a loss. I spoke with the senior compliance officer who was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. This company is a fraud. They deliberately lied to me about my holdings to keep me believing that I was doing well. Now I want to liquify my assets and it is going to take 60 days to get it. I will not stop. If who ever really cares about negative reviews please call me! I want my money back now!

Rosland takes negative reviews seriously and previously responded to her earlier review. Rosland’s Senior Compliance Officer and/or an account representative recently have spoken to the reviewer on several occasions about this matter, and the parties reached agreement on a transaction. Per the customer agreements she entered into with Rosland, payment for the transaction can take up to 60 days after the metals have been returned to Rosland, though Rosland will endeavor to make payment prior thereto if it can. Rosland respectfully disagrees with her characterization of her transactions and dealings with Rosland. In connection with her precious metal purchases, Rosland made material and timely disclosures to her in recorded confirmations about the precious metals industry, its risks, including the risks of market fluctuations, the pricing of the metals being purchased, applicable fees, that her purchases or sales were subject to her own research and judgment, and that Rosland was not an investment or financial advisor.
