AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a toy box for my sons birthday, I paid the deposit and then they kept “having issues” first the fabric then the staff and then saying they’d deliver and not turn up at all. They are a scam - AVOID AVOID AVOID! Also Rosie was so rude and unprofessional to the fact that they were the ones saying they’d make my toy box but never sending me a photo!

We first used Rosie’s Toy Box for my nephew 8 years ago, and now I’ve used them for my own first born too! The quality is unreal, and you can fit so much inside the toy box. The girls are fab and kept me updated throughout the whole process from start to finish. Thanks again — Elijah is still absolutely loving his box! xxx

So pleased with my granddaughters toy box, it is exactly what I ordered and they even matched the fabric on the lid of the box to my granddaughters bedroom curtains! Communication was brilliant throughout too and I was kept up to date the entire time. Thank you Rosie Toy Boxes, I will be back for sure and recommend to anyone.

The toy boxes are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully personalised, making them feel truly special. Rosie is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about both her products and her customers’ experience. You can really see the care and quality in everything she does. I would highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to once I had received my lovely toy box! The girls Rosie and Bonnie are so kind and hardworking and brilliant with keeping you up to date with your order. I can tell a lot of hard work and care goes into all their boxes and my whole family love them! They are also very versatile and can be used for things other than toys! Will definitely be ordering more for around my house!

Thank you so much to Rosie and the team for my daughter’s beautiful toy box! From start to finish Rosie was an absolute delight to speak to, from helping with colour choices, picture updates and arranging delivery, Rosie kept me updated throughout the whole process. She hand delivered my daughter’s toy box which added such a personal touch and the picture updates did not do the box justice! Rosie and the team you truly are so talented! I will 100% order again! Thank you so much 🩷🩷
