Instant satisfaction in more ways than one!

I am very disappointed with Rosetoy-official's product. Shipping was slow and took longer than expected. Tried contacting customer service multiple times, but still no response. After receiving the product, it was found that it could not be used and had serious quality problems. The return process was equally frustrating as there was no way to contact customer service. Other buyers are advised to consider carefully and avoid the same unpleasant experience.

While they ship from the US, if you want to return a product, even if you have not opened it, you have to ship it to China. This is ridiculous.
