Extremely disappointing Rosetoy shopping experience
I am very disappointed with Rosetoy-official's product. Shipping was slow and took longer than expected. Tried contacting customer service multiple times, but still no response. After receiving the product, it was found that it could not be used and had serious quality problems. The return process was equally frustrating as there was no way to contact customer service. Other buyers are advised to consider carefully and avoid the same unpleasant experience.
