Rosa's Thai CafeReviews of rosasthaicafe.com

The food was some of the worst Thai food I have ever had. I found the Tom Yum soup genuinely unpleasant. My wife didn’t like her curry dish either. This was the Leamington Spa restaurant. Will never return.

I visited this cafe about 9 months ago and i gave it five stars then. Revisited again two days ago with a friend telliing him it was realy good the last i went. Unfortunately this time that was not the case to start when the food eventualy arrived it was semi cold not only mine but also my friends. The portions of panang curry were only small along with also the rice which were served on small plastic plates along with the small bowls for the rice. The price of the meals did not reflect the size of the meal which came to £37.00.I did not complain during the meal as my freind felt embarrassed about doing that. But at the end of the meal i had a word with the waitress she told me she would have a word with the chef. After we finished our drinks i asked her if she had spoke to the chef and her reply was he was busy so she had not.!!!! Needless to say i will not be returning to the cafe again and if you are thinking of ordering the curry do not !!! to add insult to injury the handle on the disabled toilet nearly came off in my hand but i managed to get out myself !!!!! this is the first time i have ever given a restaurant one star !!!!

Very disappointing lunch at Rosa’s Thai Glasgow. I was expecting a proper menu with plenty of choice, but the lunch menu was extremely limited, with only three small lines of options to choose from. The food seemed to be already prepared, almost like takeaway food waiting in the kitchen, rather than freshly cooked to order. It didn’t feel like there was much actual cooking going on. When the food arrived, it came in three tiny bowls and the portions were far too small for a proper lunch. I was still hungry afterwards and had to go somewhere else to get something else to eat. For the price, I thought it was very poor value for money and a disappointing experience. I certainly won’t be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The last time I visited this restaurant was in January 2026 and waited over 30 minutes for my food to be given to me. When l complained to the Manager Alessio she was a waste of space. She has been at this restaurant for so long and she is putting the business down she is very rude and doesn't have management skills. I wouldn't waste my money going here - why should someone like that get paid for being rude to customers?

I ordered a delivery, it's not cheap, £58 including delivery, for two people, once I received the order, one item is missing, when I rang the restaurant and they eventually answered, to be honest, the could not of cared less, it spoilt my meal and I will not be using them again. Their attitude stinks.

terrible experience, was promised a complimentary meal and then the restaurant backtracked which is breach of trading standards and breach of advertising standards

Rosa's Thai in Bristol, very rude staff especially the lady wearing glasses! Food was good but first and last time to visit. Thought it was just me but my daughters noticed it and complained to me!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order from Rosa’s Thai through Uber Eats, and they sent me the completely wrong order. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me that because it was through Uber Eats, they couldn’t resend the correct food and that I should contact Uber instead. Then Uber Eats support said they couldn’t help because the order was already marked as delivered. I had to submit a support ticket, upload photos, and now they’re saying it could take up to six days to resolve. In the meantime, I’m out of money and out of food — nothing to eat and no help from either side. Absolutely unacceptable. Both Rosa’s Thai and Uber Eats should take responsibility when a customer receives the wrong order. Really poor service all around.
