The food was some of the worst Thai food I have ever had. I found the Tom Yum soup genuinely unpleasant. My wife didn’t like her curry dish either. This was the Leamington Spa restaurant. Will never return.

Very disappointed food was tasteless
Very disappointed food was tasteless. Haven’t been there for a while and thought I’d give it another go as I used to think their food was yummy!
Chicken phad Thai was tasteless -got a takeaway and had to put a sauce together at home to give it flavour it was so bland
Also ordered duck spring rolls not sure how they managed not to cook all of the pasty but on several of them the pastry was raw at the end!
Come on guys sort it out you used to be good!

A warm welcome and beautiful smile from Rosa's Thai waitress at Bluewater
A warm welcome and beautiful smile from Prissy upon arrival. Delicious hot and fresh food, cooked to order. We decided to go for the set lunch, starter main and a drink, absolutely divine, aubergine and green curry were nom nom! Everything was cooked really well and could not beat it. I cook a lot, so I am super fuzzy when it comes to eating out. Why did I not know about how good this restaurant is before now! This place deserves a much higher rating 5* Best eat out experience in Bluewater in years. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and the excellent customer service and yummy meal. Will definitely be back with friends. Highly recommended.

I visited this cafe about 9 months ago…
I visited this cafe about 9 months ago and i gave it five stars then. Revisited again two days ago with a friend telliing him it was realy good the last i went. Unfortunately this time that was not the case to start when the food eventualy arrived it was semi cold not only mine but also my friends. The portions of panang curry were only small along with also the rice which were served on small plastic plates along with the small bowls for the rice. The price of the meals did not reflect the size of the meal which came to £37.00.I did not complain during the meal as my freind felt embarrassed about doing that. But at the end of the meal i had a word with the waitress she told me she would have a word with the chef. After we finished our drinks i asked her if she had spoke to the chef and her reply was he was busy so she had not.!!!! Needless to say i will not be returning to the cafe again and if you are thinking of ordering the curry do not !!! to add insult to injury the handle on the disabled toilet nearly came off in my hand but i managed to get out myself !!!!! this is the first time i have ever given a restaurant one star !!!!

Very disappointing lunch at Rosa’s Thai…
Very disappointing lunch at Rosa’s Thai Glasgow. I was expecting a proper menu with plenty of choice, but the lunch menu was extremely limited, with only three small lines of options to choose from.
The food seemed to be already prepared, almost like takeaway food waiting in the kitchen, rather than freshly cooked to order. It didn’t feel like there was much actual cooking going on.
When the food arrived, it came in three tiny bowls and the portions were far too small for a proper lunch. I was still hungry afterwards and had to go somewhere else to get something else to eat.
For the price, I thought it was very poor value for money and a disappointing experience. I certainly won’t be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Lovely Dining Experience at Ealing Branch
A Fantastic Evening – We'll Definitely Be Back!
We visited Rosa's Thai in Ealing for the first time last night as a group of six and had such a lovely evening from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious.
We had actually booked to visit earlier in the year, but unfortunately the entire parade experienced a power cut, so we had to make alternative plans. For our pre-Christmas get-together, we decided to give Rosa's Thai another try, and we're so glad we did.
From the moment we arrived, the team were attentive, friendly, patient, and genuinely cheerful, making us all feel very welcome. Nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to check about allergies before taking our order, which was much appreciated.
Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals, with a great selection of tasty starters and main courses. There was something for everyone, and every dish was full of flavour.
It was also great to see that the restaurant is all on one level, making it easily accessible and wheelchair friendly, which is an important consideration for many people.
The service charge was already included on the bill, but we were more than happy to leave an additional cash tip because the team truly deserved it. Their excellent service really made our evening that bit more special.
A huge thank you to everyone at Rosa's Thai Ealing for such an enjoyable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and are already looking forward to visiting again soon!
