Terrible and shocking company. Are they even real? I should have read the reviews before placing my order for the mask. I placed an order on 3rd Oct and changed my mind and emailed on 5th Oct, asking they cancel my order. On 6th Oct they replied advising, it had been dispatched and I couldn’t cancel. I pointed out that there should be a cooling off period and I will return for a refund. They said I couldn’t do that! I questioned if they were actually in the UK. I still don't have a tracking number or notification advising it has been dispatched! I’ve emailed a couple of times and still haven’t had a reply. I question if it has actually been dispatched. Also, will it even be safe to use when it arrives. I feel I have been conned. They’ve taken my money and can’t be bothered to communicate with me. Stay away from them.

I ordered this mask as seen advertised on this morning Did get a email straight away but waited 4 weeks No other correspondence but it did arrive I am happy with the mask for the price Just wait now to see what are the results 🙏🏻

ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY. I ordered this and the very next day cancelled the order as unfortunately i didn't look at the reviews before I bought it I have messaged every day advising a return and refund and after weeks and weeks and weeks I finally had a message to say denied. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!!

This company can answer emails sent to them and forward a returns address together with free postage for the package. Plus reimburse the client instead of asking them to pass it on to a friend at a lower cost. This has to be a scam I ordered mine after seeing it being promoted on This Morning itv1, trusting that it would be the same item. It doesn't fit or stay in place after copious tries to adjust it. Ive asked for an address where it can be returned to and for a refund. No reply to my last email. Very annoyed.

My mask not working after a week 😡

I got this mask about 12 weeks ago it did take a while to come and I did think omg !! but it was worth the wait I can see a difference after 9 weeks my skin is so much better especially when I wash my face on a morning it is glowing . It’s also very relaxing I do it last thing at night in bed and fall asleep I didn’t get instructions but googled it to get them and then I screen shot it and it told you which colours do what to your skin . I am pleased with it so be patient I am sure it will turn up .

I got mine within ten days and I love it best thing I have brought in a while. Ten mins red light a day I use.
