We bought a Countertop water filtration system which we love. It is great to know we are drinking water which is pure and does not have harmful things in it. It also tastes much better than the water provided by our town. I managed to recycle a part of the machine I was supposed to keep and emailed customer service and Rorra is sending me a replacement so I can get back to using my system.

Customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. They offered a lot of details on how to fix the issue I was experiencing, and it worked almost right away! Super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend. I love rorra!

Rorra is ELIET! Our family loved the countertop filter system so much we just had to replace our shower head with a Rorra filter shower head! absolute lovely service , very understanding and underrated customer hospitality. incredibly accommodating to our situation and our needs , happy to give them business and continue supporting this great business ideals .
