It has been a fantastic experience working with Rops.io to transition to Filevine as our CRM and case management partner. Michael was a patient teacher and big supporter for all of our staff. They are expert programmers and really want to customize Filevine to maximize the benefit to your firm. I cannot recommend Rops.io more enthusiastically.

Michael with Rops.io was excellent to work with as we launched LeadDocket for the firm and setup some automations in both Filevine & LeadDocket (with some updating in Outlaw as well). Highly recommend. The firm has worked with several implementation specialists and Rops.io is worth every penny.

Mike, Steele and their whole team were great to work with. Very professional and thorough. I feel like they went above and beyond and made a tough transition to Filevine very manageable. Highly recommend using them.

Overall, I have extremely happy working with Steele, Corey, and Rops.io. They have been very attentive to my needs as I implement FileVine. I was originally other another company for FV implementation, but wasn't convinced that they has my best interest in mind. I got a great vibe from the Rops.io team and I'm glad a used them.

Corey is the BEST! I must have sent him a 100 changes to our site and he did every one with a smile. It was great working with him and his entire team.
