Allison has been very attentive throughout the whole implementation process. She is always quick to provide us with an answer and diligent to link us to the folks who can give us a swift solution. I would highly recommend Allison as your solutions engineer! Build yourself and/or your business by using rops.io and make sure to ask for Allison Spencer!

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. They were the worst data migration company we have worked with. They had such a high turnover leaving all the work on my team. If it weren’t for us being so organized and diligent, we would have been in a serious situation. Steele is the worst representative and will do nothing to help after you’ve paid. But at the initial sales call they promise white glove customer service. A JOKE!

Hi Heidi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t align with the expectations you had for the project. We take our work very seriously. This is why we completed a test migration and got your approval in writing before we moved forward. However, we are very sorry that you feel it was done poorly. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to address any remaining concerns and better understand your perspective. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you again for your feedback.

Working with Corey has been a great experience! He has made the DocGen buildout process much smoother than anticipated. He takes the time to truly understand our firm's needs and he has consistently offered helpful suggestions throughout the process.

One on one support and training. Super knowledgeable as well as friendly and easy to work with. Steele and Jyme really made the configuration of our Filevine instance much easier to navigate. They also helped us train staff and getting into the system much efficient then if we tried to do it ourselves. They have a deep breadth of knowledge and experience within the system, and helped us navigate roadblocks as they came up as well. Would absolutely recommend them!

Rops.io has been great to work with. We came to them after someone dropped the ball. Once we found them, things changed dramatically for our firm. Corey knows exactly what he's doing and he is very helpful to each person in our firm who reaches out to him. He has been more than amazing to us.

Our contact, Jyme Thomas, was extremely helpful with navigating us through our FileVine experience. With her attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to make everything work on her end, helped our practice achieve what we needed. Jyme treated us as if we were her only client while working on our project, even though she had other clients to tend to. At times, our project was difficult on our end, but Jyme gave us phenomenal support to get to the end result.

Phenomenal Service There are simply not enough words to describe the outstanding service that Corey Lueker and his team have provided to our firm and to me personally over the past year. Transitioning from our legacy case management system to a new one was seamless thanks to their expertise and dedication. They brought all of my ideas—no matter how ambitious—to life, including a major integration project connecting our system with a referral partner’s platform which just finished. Their exceptional work made the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Corey and team, for consistently going above and beyond!

Corey Lueker has been a great resource in helping to understand and learn Filevine. We have learned more in our few sessions with him than during our full day training with Filevine.
