Root Labs Alpha GummiesReviews of rootlabsalphagummiesusa.lovable.app

I received a notice on the estimated date of delivery telling me it’s delayed for 2 days, 4 days later it said delivered.. but where ?. These are scammers

This company is nothing but black market Pirates. I inadvertently ordered a product and they will not stand behind their product for customer service for returns no help whatsoever. I highly recommend that do not purchase anything from this company as they care zero about customer support refunds returns Etc. With that kind of policy in place it means one thing that's all they care about is money and do not care about customers and their well-being they are atrocious and should never be trusted ever

If they had zero stars, I would give it zero stars. BUYER BEWARE - NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS - This product is terrible. They taste disgusring similar to slimy rotten strawberries. I pushed through for the benefits however after 1 week there was absilutely no difference except for an upset stomach. I requested to cancel and for a refund via customer service and they told me to do it through the app which makes you go through 8 screens before you can actual cancel and at the end it does NOT even have a cancel link it has a “wake me up at 3 am” link which means cancel. The app makes u request a refund through customer service even though they ignored my requeat for the refund, now they states they offer NO REFUND AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them.

So far I’ve had good results and everything it has to offer I’ve experienced. I’m not sure what the other reviews are saying. But honestly for them I think it’s just them personally and not the gummies.

Turns out that they have awful customer service- can’t return unopened pkgs. Too bad. Their product for sleep is useless. Don’t be fooled- scammers!!!!

I had severed problems with the product and wrote to get the 30 day refund. They didn't respond to my email. I wrote another. The lied about their refund policy saying it was only for defective product. I sent them the refund on their website clearly stating otherwise. They would honor the refund NOW because it was past the 30 day window. I'll concede my issues could have been just me but they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!!

I wasn’t happy with the preservatives and additives in their ingredients which causes inflammation, and then they sent me another package without my permission or without me, asking them to do so. I’ve been trying feverishly through emails message or phone call, but they seem to be disconnected… is a sham. Email message comes back as non-delivered getting a refund through root Labs has been very difficult.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM! Rootlabs liposomal magnesium + ashwagandha gummies gave me food poisoning and had me up at 3am vomitting and cramping for 24 hours! When I reached out to the company to honor the “risk free 30 nights or refund” guarantee advertised all over their website, I got 15 ai generated emails going around and around and then they ghosted me without providing any refund. What a scam! Never again! WARNING!!!
