Good Customer Service before and after purchase

Excellent experience from start to finish. High quality, clear instructions and well designed. The only thing I wish was done was that the door to the coop be pre-hung (not enough of an issue to not award 5 stars). My chickens are very happy in their new home.

I had purchased a round-top stand-up coop for my wife for her birthday. After doing extensive product research and choosing Urban Coop I must say the end product was beyond my expectations. As a retired Architect I found the design, materials and assembly instructions vastly superior to any of coops I had studied. It is a rare experience to find a company that has customer service that is as easy and friendly to work with as the UrbanCoop Company. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt!
