We love our Urban Coop so glad we found your company and very friendly to First Responders and Military!!!!1

We ordered the large walk in coop. Arranged well, but not over, packaged and labeled. Instructions very good but we did have to call a couple of times and staff easily walked us through the ? we had. It has been through one Iowa winter and the insulation for the windows was excellent save that sometimes the magnet assembly fell apart. This year we are having enormous issues with black flies and we had to staple netting all over the coop; I would suggest making a set of removable screens to cover all openings. Overall though the design is great. I will say changing the water in the tube would be difficult (BTW I broke a water tube through my own fault and they replaced it at no cost.) and so fresh water is my only other concern

The assembly instructions (with illustrations and pictures) are detailed and easy to follow. The materials are all high quality. I was especially impressed that they thought to position screws on the lower horizontal surfaces to prevent water pooling in the screw depression. Seemingly small details like that, or the small feet that raise the coop slightly off the ground will extend the life of the coop and could have been left out but I suspect this coop was designed by a woodworker with pride in their product. Very much recommended.

My 4 chickens transitioned beautifully to their tractor style Urban Coop. It is easy for me to clean and I really appreciate the feed and watering system. It was also easy for me to assemble with time, patience and a hand-held ratchet screw driver.

Beautiful coop! Great ventilation in warm weather. Will be able to convert for cold weather. I am confident this coop will last a very long time. I should share that we did make some adjustments to the coop. The bottom feet did not seem secure enough and we had concerns about wood breakdown in the the NW rainy winters. We also added a side door, which looks neat. Would have requested a modification by Urban Coop Company if we had planned better. Overall, the chickens love the coop (though love the yard more). After the above modifications, we will love it for many years! Highly recommend the extra cost as you get very good quality!

Family run business who cares for its workers, its customers, and our chickens. They are also devoted to ending poverty and hunger in impoverished areas of the world. As for the coops, I have owned and built 2 different coops of theirs. they came with great instructions, all the supplies, and the holes were drilled in all the right places to make assembly easy and quick. Our chickens made a home in the coops quickly and egg production and chicken health has been wonderful. We have had Urban Coop Co coops for 6 years and they are holding very well, are easy to clean, and only require me to check food and water weekly. As a first time urban chicken "farmer", they have given me a lifetime hobby that comes with a fresh breakfast every morning!

Very please with the quality of the product and the service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Pricey but worth the money. Well built. The Girls love it
