I really like the coop only thing is it’s quite expensive and for that price is rather not put it together. That being said it wasn’t hard directions were clear and it went together easily. I was told one date and received a few days later also but again not a big deal except I was ready to get them out of house. All in all it’s good quality and good luck a+

I love my stand up coop. It was simple to put together just time consuming but I managed to get it done in 2 days by myself. It has help up perfectly through the Michigan winter. The only thing is I ordered the storm panels and we had several wind advisory’s this winter and they blew off and completely got ripped apart so I wish the storm panels were made of better and stronger quality.

Absolutely love the process and transaction. Delivery and product was great. Only issue is the usage - ramp or stairs to the enclosed coop sits right under the perches, which makes for a mess. When we get some nice weather, I need to see if anything can be done to assist with how the coop works for our hens. Kenney, TX

After much research and review, I bought my Round Top Urban Coop with one run extension about a year ago. We love it. It has held up very well, has proven to be very predator proof in our wooded Connecticut locale, and provided great shelter for our birds through all four seasons. The only reasons why I held off a star are pretty simple. First, the assembly was a little more involved than I imagined. The instructions weren't quite as clear as I'd hoped and I actually had to disassemble parts of it twice because I realized I'd made mistakes. The instructions left a bit too much room for error. Second, the feed tube doesn't work well. The food clogs. For a while, I took to banging it a few times a day, but that got old and I just switched to a different feeding system.

Quality product for happy chickens! Easy website helps new chicken owners determine the best products to suite their needs and proactive customer support process (they reached out when the products I ordered weren't compatible). I would give 5 stars except I found the actual work to put the coop together much longer than the estimates (and harder than a typical Ikea project). Good instructions, just time consuming, something to plan for.

I would give a 5 star but the extra panels have been delayed because The supplier for the magnets are on back order. I’m going on 2 months waiting for these. I think you need a new supplier. Some of the magnets I received in the initial coop order were broken and the replacements took weeks to get again because they were on back order. The coop so far has meet all our needs and it is cute in the backyard. It was fairly easy to assemble but then my husband is a carpenter. It would also be easier to clean if you had removable and washable dropping board instead of the lower railing.

Great materials and high quality. My issue is with the spaces left by the feeders. They are big enough to let animals in. We had a rat or some other varment get through. I had called and expressed my concern about this and was told they never had a problem And that the space was fine.

My husband and I put together the round top coop over the weekend and overall it was straightforward process. The only reason why I didn't give this review 5 stars is the roof supports were too long so they had to be shortened and there were a few times we had to use videos as the instructions caused some questions (videos were very good)! I love the finished product! Very good, high quality materials. Very satisfied with the purchase and the experience.
