Great product!! They have thought of everything! Love the automatic feeder and waterer.

Arrived in perfect condition. Easily assembled. Well constructed. Chickens love the extra space. Feeder and waterer have eliminated the mess of food and water everywhere. Walk-in design makes cleaning very easy. Well worth the cost.

I purchased the walk-in coop, extra-long. This means it came in pieces for me to assemble. This is the best "kit" I have ever purchased. The instructions were clear, the hardware was organized (and included a couple of extras because things fall and disappear), the predrilled holes were precisely as required. Everything fit together extremely well, and the resulting coop is sturdy and efficient. Then there's the cedar, which just smells great!

Great customer service by phone. Gave me step by step recommendations on some confusions I had with the paper instructions. Also, exceeded my expectations with the resolution of a concern that I had.

Superb quality and great assembly instructions. Effectively keeps predators out!!

We purchased our Sustain Coop with brooding box attachment used, from someone who needed to unload since they were moving. The ultimate Craigs List Find! We too were in the process of moving and needed to relocate our flock. Since that time, the coop has been disassembled and moved a total of 4 times! With relative ease, and no issues whatsoever. This is due to the quality of craftsmanship. We created a base , and also placed goat panels underneath the outer portion of the base so no one can dig underneath the coop. Our chickens are very happy, productive and safe within this coop. And our ducks have learned to tuck themselves in with the chickens :) I plan on ordering the winter weather panels this week so they are protected during our NY winter months. Excellent customer service as well. You will not find a better coop than those made by Urban Coop Company.

I am very happy we found Urban Coop. I was looking for a chicken coop that was: 1. Well built 2. Attractive in my yard 3. Predator safe 4. Functional My cedar coop from Urban Coop hits a home run on all 4 points. I am extremely happy with my purchase decision. The customer service follow up is also exceptional. My questions are answered the same day.

We have had the Round top coop for 2 years now. First of all, the material is high quality. The instructions are awesome! They are very detailed and include pictures for each step. The hardware arrives in an organized compartment, making the assembly even easier. I've called twice, once because I thought we were missing some hardware (turns out we were not), but I was immediately connected to a person who shipped out the missing hardware asap. The next time I called, the owner herself answered! I had some dumb questions ( first time chicken owner), she patiently listened to me and answered any and all questions I had. She told me to call anytime if I needed advice, etc. I have recommended UrbanCoop Company to everyone who will listen to me! Great company, product and people, Thank you from us and our Cluckers!
