Roost & RootReviews of roostandroot.com

We love our urban coop! We have 3 hens and it suits them perfectly even as it’s been very cold out. We’ve had no problem with predators being able to get in either. So glad I paid the extra money and went with a high quality coop

Amazing product! Professionally cut, pre-assembled, easy instructions and hardware packaged nicely. It is a much sturdier construction than our previous coop which only lasted 2 years. The cedar smells wonderful and we know it will have a much longer life than our previous coop. Wish we had chosen this one first, it’s definitely worth the extra investment and we look forward to many years of chicken keeping!

So far the experience with the floks at Urban Coop Company has been pleasant and helpful. The coop has been well constructed and well thought out. The parts kit had all necessary parts and were of good quality. I think it would be helpful to talk to them before ordering your coop to understand the coop extension and it end pieces so you order what you want the first time. Web site links for build would be helpful because there are several good ones on youtube that will help with maintenance and security of the coop its self. "Youtube - Urban Coop Company - Chicken coop build part 1 & 2" Be sure to note the dimensional differences between the basic round top coop and the coop extension because it controls where you can install the end piece door with out modification.

Fantastic workmanship, great customer service. If you're looking for the best possible coop for your chickens look no further.

Beautiful, functional, high quality coop with a superior customer service team.

I absolutely love our walk-in coop. It is very functional and attractive to boot! My hens and ducks are safe from all night time creatures looking for a chicken dinner. The feeder is exceptional - no waste whatsoever. My only disappointment is the water system leaks. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Assembly went well, but took us a couple of days.

Quality craftsmanship in there product definitely has a personal touch to it. There support team was available anytime for help with assembly. Instructions were well put together and they give you pretty much all the tools needed. Thank you for the great experience.

Coop arrived as planned and assembly went super smooth... looks exactly like I expected.. Great quality coop !!!!
