Roost & RootReviews of roostandroot.com

We love our new coop and the spoiled chickens couldn't be happier! It was simple to build. I put most of the smaller pieces together by myself and then when it was time to connect the larger pieces we did it together as a couple. All in all it took about two weekends but that is because it was the largest walk-in coop plus the sun room. Also our level spot for connecting smaller pieces to make larger pieces was really far from where we actually wanted the coolp to live. Everyone that visits our place is completely amazed by how nice the coop looks on our property. All of the materials seem to be top quality and given our mild seasonal changes in California I am certain the chicks' new home will last a very long time. Thank you Roost and Root!!

Very well thought out design. Easy to follow instructions and the kit included everything needed to assemble the coop including bits and all the hardware in a nifty container with compartments. We were impressed with the care that went into designing the coop and the easy to follow instructions. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

My wife and I recently moved to Northwest Arkansas, and despite a small backyard, we were able to purchase one of the walk-in coops offered by Roost & Root, and have been very happy with everything. The quality of the cedar is terrific, and putting the coop together was made very easy by the step by step instructions (took 2 of us 3 hours to assemble). Our chickens seem to be very comfortable in here, and the house has withstood both the drenching rains and hot, humid conditions we've had thus far. All told, very happy with the investment of this product and would recommend to others.

Such supportive customer service and the coop kit came with very helpful instructions.I was able to build it with my 10 yr old son! And the final product is beautiful and practical. And my chickens are happy and safe. I love the addition of the automatic door and the water and food feeders. The chickens say thank you and I love their " chick shack" for so many reasons ....including it is easy to clean and has great ventilation. I did take extra steps, like lining the inside with wire....to make it more secure. I live where there are so many predators.

Assembly of the coop was straightforward, and I was able to reach an employee and get the answer to the single question I had quickly and easily. Coop has been in action for a few months, and my chickens and I all love it!

Solid construction and built to last. Aesthetically pleasing and discreet design. Perfect for my urban backyard.

We absolutely love our new Duck Coop and we especially love that it’s efficient and it’s made just for ducks one thing however our ducks are still pretty young and they haven’t figured out really how to climb up the ramp to take a swim so we’re looking forward to them doing that. also the customer service is excellent we had to have a few things replaced and it came without delay. thank you again Roost and Root for coming up with a design that’s just for ducks!

Really well designed with excellent materials and assembly instructions. Phone support was also terrific when I had questions. Our chickens love it!
