I purchased two coops and am very happy with them. The quality is very good on both coops. My only reason for giving only four stars is on the pick up. We live local so I asked a friend to pick the coops up directly for us since we didn’t have a vehicle that could hold everything. We thought both coops would be packed in two kits, similar to the pictures on your website. Instead, all the parts were just stacked in the bed of our friend’s truck. That turned a real mess when we unpacked it at our house - there was no easy way to tell what parts went with which coop. That took extra time when we were ready to build - separating each part ( piece of wood) into a pile for each coop. I am confused why the kits weren’t left combined.

Assembly was straightforward and went very well. No missing parts. Looks great. Only issue was the wood ledge in front of the nesting box broke off after a few days. However, it was easy to repair with a couple of long screws.

Love this coop for our girls! It’s sturdy and the ability to walk-in when cleaning is invaluable just for the sake of my back and efficiency. The only reason it’s missing a star is that building it took some real ability, and we felt we had to add a sturdier base to the bottom to keep the sides from straining if the ground shifts or becomes wet. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

My wife and I love our coop. We found the coop to be quite small without the run extension but after purchasing the run everything has been great for our 4 hens. The coop has held up well so far here in Delaware and has seen a few bad storms already. We have moved our little coop around our yard and so far the predators haven't locked onto it yet. Fingers crossEd. Coop is built very well, assembly was easy, and it looks great. Feeder upgrade only works for few days before humidity or rain tend to stick everything together. Awesome coop for the money.

The coop arrived quickly and packaged very well. The assembly instructions were complete and all the hardware was included. I ordered one of the roof-over-roost models and it's sturdy. We've had some severe storms here in GA this spring and it's come thru in great shape. The reason for 4 stars is the difficulty we had in assembling the roof. The roof is in 3 sections with 2 metal sheets per sections and look as tho they're all the same when they're not. It took about an hr of trial and error to put together. Labeling them would really help especially as everything else is labeled so well.

Great product, arrived in good shape. Wood was beautiful, craftsmanship was great! I loved that they even included the drill bits and heads needed in the tool kit/box so I didn’t have to go buy and pieces. Only took me an hour to put it all together. My only issue was that the instructions didn’t have page numbers so when they came apart accidentally I couldn’t get it back together easily and find my place. Also one of the dividers only the roost was broken on arrival. I haven’t contacted anyone yet as I was able to glue it back together easily. Overall I give it an A- Beautiful product but a bit on the expensive side for what it is.

As a first time chicken owner, I had no idea what to buy but after doing research we settled on a coop from this company. It is solid, and predator proof. It was not as easy to assemble as we had hoped, but once put together, it is solid. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased the version that allows a person to walk in. Pulling the run extension off to clean the coop is not easy to do alone. But, hindsight is 20/20. Next time I get a coop, I will be a lot more educated about what I need. The feeders and waterers are amazing. And the winter panels are good too. I live in Northern NJ and it gets cold. Second winter, and my girls are fine.
