We absolutely love our coop. We encountered zero problems. All the pieces, hardware and tools came with it but you will need a cordless and hammer. It is strong and it smells wonderful. I wish I could post a picture of our finished and decorated coop

Root & Roost was extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions knowledgeably, and the one blip with the delivery of my coop was handled quickly. Plus the cooo is gorgeous in my backyard and the ducks love it!

Unfortunately blips with deliveries happen. We make it a priority to ensure that all issues are taken care and that you are happy with your coop. Our 5 star customer service is included in the price! Thanks so much for leaving us a review, Star. Enjoy your ducks!

Super cute and functional. We put it together in an afternoon. I especially love that I don't have to hunch over to clean it out. The chickens seem to love it.

The product is excellent. I just added an extension to my 5 year old round top which is still solid as a rock unpainted after 5 upstate NY winters. Still waiting for the first proof nipples for my water tubes. Great stuff

Five years old. Wow, that's awesome. It is built and designed to go even longer! If it is not too much trouble I would love to see a picture of your coop. If you ever have a chance please feel free to email it to me at [email protected]. Thanks so much for the review, Michael!

We ordered the small walk in coop for up to 6 chickens. Never had Birds before but having this Coop made it so easy. They live quite comfortably and it is easy to service them. The kit sent to me was not hard to do and I did it mostly myself in a few hours. We are really enjoying our chickens free-ranging in the yard and the coop is the best. It looks and function so much better than something I would have built on my own.
