Thank you for the review, Shannon. We will certainly take the suggestion to heart. I have sent your review to our instructions department and we will look into moving the predator proofing page up towards the front of our booklet. In regards to our storm panels not fitting in the storage area, you busted us. When we redesigned the coop you ordered last fall we ended up creating fewer but larger panels. This ended up creating larger storm panels. You are the first customer to point out that we can no longer list that as a feature for the storage area in this coop. Sorry for the confusion, but thank you for making us aware. We will have this fixed on our end immediately. Please look for an email from us shortly. We'd like to offer you a thank you for finding a mistake and helping us with future customers.

We apologize again for the error with the nameboard. Our policy is always to ship out any mis-manufactured parts within 24 hours. If there any any parts that need to be replaced for any reason, whether it be shipping damage or a error in fabrication I am happy to get those out to you within the same time frame. Thank you for reaching out with your issue! Is there a way you could send us a picture of your attached clips from the inside of the coop? Either something was mis-manufactured or we gave you poor instruction on assembly. We tested those clips during prototyping with up over 60 miles an hour of force and we could not get those clips to budge. We will send you a new set if we did something wrong but I promise this product performs better than what you are experiencing! [email protected]

The coop that you ordered is not designed to have a lock anywhere near the feeder. Maybe there was some confusion in the assembly instructions? Let work together to get this resolved! Thank you for you review and for being a part of our early adopter program, Barbara! Your feedback is exactly why we set up the program and it is an important part of perfecting our product. We believe this coop will become the best and most convenient way to keep three chickens. The long assembly time has been recognized and we are busy at work to reduce it going forward. It is a break through product for us with a revolutionary design and manufacturing process. We are proud of how far we have come but know there are still improvements to be made. Are there certain portions of the process that cost you the most time? Please let us know at [email protected] if you have a moment to share. Please don't be concerned about cleaning your coop! We have designed the back end of this model (the entire egg box) to be removable! It's actually the easiest coop to clean of all of our roost over run models. Not only does it allow for you to get a rake into your coop, but the HDPE plastic used to manufacture your egg box allows for a full clean to be done at your nearest hose.
