Roost & RootReviews of roostandroot.com

You guys are amazing! I must have called you 20 times with all sorts of questions about the coop. It never felt like I was calling a company. It felt like I was calling a friend! Thank you for making my chicken journey so seemless.

Amazing products! Craftsmanship and materials are superior! Our chickens love their coop and run. We are going to be loyal customers, no doubt!

We have two Round Top coops. Our starter was the Round Top Mobile Coop in 2016. This was great for 3 chickens, but "chicken math" meant that we rapidly wanted to add to our brood. In 2019, we upgraded to the Round Top Chicken Loft. Both are fantastic coops. We have 5 chickens in the Loft, which is easily accessibly both inside and out. I like the fact that I can walk into the coop (which you can't with the mobile coop). The Mobile Coop is now used as a broody hen/hospital coop or to introduce new hens to the flock. Very satisfied with our purchases and I can highly recommend the company.

Roost & Root is super helpful. They build great products and are more than willing to provide guidance on how to raise chickens and give easy direction on what to worry about and what not to worry about!

I purchased a walk in chicken coop and a duck coop. They are both so well constructed and planned out so my chickens and ducks are happy in their environments. Both are attractive and I can actually sit in the chicken coop to hang with my chickens. The duck coop has a built in tub so my ducks can swim. They have amazing customer service! I had asked that they engrave something on my duck coop and it had been overlooked. Within less then 24 hours, they emailed me an apology, and immediately sent me an engraved panel that said “duck dormitory” on the panel. I am not used to excellent customer service anymore. Many companies are good until there is a problem. It is so nice to work with a company that not only builds amazing coops, but also goes the extra mile for the consumer. Laurel

We are new to backyard chickens. We chose a Roots & Roost coop after a great deal of research on YouTube. That gave us a good handle on features that we wanted. R&R had the quality and well-planned design we were looking for. The customer service was matched with on time delivery. So far we are as happy as our young hens are with the new coop. Our time and effort to shop and learn has really paid off in quality and ease of maintenance. Our round top coop has features that make keeping food and water available without constant daily tending. Our cold weather concerns are met with the cold weather panels we ordered. It's super sturdy and the assembly was so well explained that our 11 year old grandson did most of it with a little help from his dad. The whole family is enjoying gathering around to watch, feed and hold the chickens.

I purchased the Stand Up walk in coop. The product itself is beautiful and Roost and Root really do stand behind their product with real in person support.

Couldn’t ask for a better coop for my chickens and was super easy to assemble. Great communication with the company and I would highly recommend them.
