QUALITY throughout. Super well organized kits, instructions plus online assembly videos and tips. Everything fits together and assembles easily, as advertised, and customer service goes above-and-beyond to make sure we have all we need. Note for Monty: for those planning to add pole-anchors(posts) or foundations for greenhouses or large coups, recommend publishing approximate finished inside and outside dimensions to make site prework easier to plan.

Thank you for the review, sir. We are all grateful for your repeated business! There aren't many customers out there that have a chicken coop, a greenhouse, and some of our garden beds. I hope you are enjoying everything! Your note is heard and we are working on it!

I bought my coop years ago and it has held up beautifully, but the strong winds in the area caused issues with the winterizing panels. Ultimately I ordered a new set and they have been improved since I originally bought them so they hold on better in high winds.
Response from Roost & RootApr 19, 2023
Thank you for the review, Kathy. Glad the new storm panels have been an improvement too. Took quite a bit of brain power and repeated testing to get them to a better place. We think the 3D printed clips make for a much stronger connection! Enjoy your coop and thank you for choosing us!

I love my chicken coop; it is very well designed. The customer service during the buying process was excellent and Roost and Root was very accommodating when i found out at last minute my city would not allow me to build a coop where i wanted so i had to exchange the coop I bought for a smaller one. The only suggestion i have is for them to put a sign out in front of their business because when i drove out there, they were difficult to find/no signs.

Happy to make the switch, Jacqueline! Thank you for the review and for your business. We will look into having a sign out front.

Thanks so much for including us in this incredible project, Debbie! It was fun for our team to be on site at the Arboretum and to see the butterfly enclosure come to life. Please send us pictures when the classes begin! Anyone reading this in Houston area, stop by the Houston Arboretum to get a look at the custom Roost & Root butterfly enclosure and tour their beautiful gounds.
