Would you be willing to have a chat on the phone so we can get a better understanding of the issues? We may be able to offer some advice on critter proofing the perimeter of the coop to prevent digging, or some tricks on how to get your birds accustomed to a new style of waterer. There was a great deal of prototyping, sweat, nerves, and hard work that went into developing this product. It is satisfying to feel like to we lived up to your expectations. We know all of the early adopters of our Heritage Model coop took a leap of faith by trusting us to deliver on a new product. We are grateful for the compliments but would love any constructive criticism as well. Did the packaging allow for everything to arrive safely? Any details in the instructions that could be clarified? Are your birds transitioning into their new home easily? If you would be open to a quick phone call or a few emails it would be helpful for us as a company. If it's possible to see a picture, we would love the opportunity. We have approximately 25 of this model in the market place but only have been lucky enough to see three!
