They are always there to help and I've never felt that any questions or issues were unimportant. Definitely a helpful and friendly staff with very good quality work. I love all their designs of coops and innovative products.

The product(s) are great, and the people are even better. Everyone at Roost and Root worked to support exactly what we needed. They really cared about us and remembered who we were and did everything they could to help us customize our order and delivery. The thoughtful design of the greenhouse kit is very impressive. You get everything you need to assemble it with just two people, absolutely as represented!

Neither my husband nor I have any building skills. I would give the directions on the Model 2 XL a 98 out of 100, and their customer service a 100. I would suggest including the part numbers with the descriptions. This was not the case in later steps. I would also ensure that pre-drilled holes were in all the places the directions indicated. A minor issue, but helpful. I did not expect a call back on a Saturday with my one question, but minutes after leaving a voice mail, Kevin called back and provided clarification. He was terrific! He also followed up with us a few days later to ensure we were able to complete the assembly. We are hoping this is the last coop we will have to purchase, as winters in New England can be harsh. First impressions on this company are quite impressive. I would buy again.

Very well packaged and arrived faster than expected. Easy to assemble with instructions and some references to the YouTube video. High quality materials, sturdy wire and hardware. Nicely packaged fasteners with plenty extra for drops into the leaves. Hens are cozy and dry!

We feel like it sets us apart from other businesses that provide a similar product. Sometimes that means things get out the door a little early! We are grateful for your business.
