Thank you so much for the review, Juli! Glad everything worked out. We appreciate your patience and allowing to make things right. It is rare, but we do have occasional damage during shipping. Luckily for our customers, all parts are warrantied during the shipping process. If any problems occur, a call to our support line will arrange for replacement parts to be fabricated the following business day. We would love to see a picture of your coop if you ever have time to share. We have sold quite a few Model 30 Heritage Coops, but we don't have any customer photos.
