Give me my money back! Horrible service then they ran. And then they sent some other company to phish me.

VERY GOOD SCAMMERS I would strongly caution aspiring authors against working with Roosevelt Publishers. DO NOT ENGAGE. My experience was extremely disappointing. After signing a contract and paying a significant amount of money for services, communication gradually slowed and eventually stopped altogether. Months passed with little progress, and despite multiple follow-ups through Basecamp and email, I received no response from anyone on the team. I trusted the process because there appeared to be a full team in place and the scope of work was clearly outlined in our agreement. Unfortunately, I was left without the services I paid for and ultimately had to hire new professionals to complete my project. I feel embarrassed that I trusted the process for as long as I did, but I hope sharing my experience helps other authors proceed with caution. Before paying, I recommend requesting clear milestones, deliverables, and payment terms, and considering whether an independent editor and formatter may be a safer path.

I've been told one thing in the beginning, and I got a different thing at the end. Now, my book is supposed to be published on 3 major platforms, but basically, the book is not visible to anyone, only to those who know the title of my book. How come they did not mention that in the beginning, then I would publish it myself would have been a lot cheaper.

Their all-in-one ebook service is a game-changer. They took my rough draft through ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, and formatting with seamless efficiency. the end product was a polished, professional ebook ready for publishing!

Working with Skyler was the best experience I have had publishing my children’s books. She responded promptly to my questions, made sure the books were formatted correctly so that Amazon had no revisions needed, and generally got things done in about half the time I expected. Prices were reasonable and outcome was perfect. Highly recommend both Skyler and the company!

Their support has been invaluable throughout my time as a first-time author. Because I knew I was in good hands, the fear of publishing and putting myself out there as an author faded away. The experience I had with writing services was invaluable, and I suggest it to any aspiring author.

Opting for Roosevelt Publishers for my book was undoubtedly the smartest choice I made. Their writers are not just highly proficient wordsmiths but also exceptional partners in the creative process. They meticulously considered my feedback at each stage.

I was in an extremely bad place in my life and was trying to create a book that would change the lives of many people. I thought that I wasn't going to work and would just continue to struggle with my book. A friend of mine told me about this organization and I decided to give them a shot. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They were able to help me get my work completed and the organization is truly amazing. Roosevelt publishers provide excellent services and care about their clients which is not something that can easily be seen in today's era.
