Active Ventilation ProductsReviews of roofvents.com

would have given more star but someone put the wrong address in for my shipping and delayed my order by 3 weeks. but when i called they where quick to fix the problem and had product in 3 days

The company kept us updated on the order's status and shipment's status throughout the process and the product arrived as described. Thank you!

Received the wrong finish on the product I ordered. I made a phone call and the correct product was shipped out all most immediately. Things happen is business, it was a simple error, but they took care of it professionally and quickly. Richard

Rude sales staff, very hard to deal with.

Had a problem with the online billing but called the listed number and the staff jumped on it, had the order filled and shipped in record time. Great job. PR

Great job helping me with questions and ordering product.

The ordering process was a little clumsy, but at the end of the day, I got what I was looking for. Customer Service was top notch, very friendly. Even got a call apologizing for sending the wrong item (got a roof base, but didnt order it). Oh and my cats loved the enormous box the vent shipped in, so that was a good thing too!

They built exactly what I asked for. It was delivered intact. We installed it just like we planned on with no issues. Great product
