Only received 1 of 2 bags.
I only received one of my two bags that I purchased. The bag that didn't show up, was meant to be an anniversary present. After this post, customer service was able to refund my order. The bag I did receive was very good quality and looked designer.

We’re very sorry that only one of your two bags arrived, especially as the missing bag was intended to be an anniversary present. We understand how disappointing this must be.We have issued the full refund for that missing bag to you.

Romy Tisa is great all the way around!
The Romy Tisa Company is wonderful to deal with. Their handbags are adorable, and if you have any questions or need help, they are quick to respond back to you. Their prices are also very good!!! Excellent overall.

Was a little nervous on ordering this…
Was a little nervous on ordering this bag but it came through shipping was faster than I thought! The bag is beautiful smells of leather no chemical smell at all and looks just like the bag I wanted form the higher end brands. Well worth the buy and will buy more.
