In September I deposited a balance of $50. My plans changed and I didn’t need RollerAds traffic. In November I requested a refund. The manager initially agreed, but a day later he said that he could not do this. As a result, the refund was never issued. Updated 11/13.The money was returned.

I have been running roller ads for several days now. While the traffic quality has been quite low, the one positive is that it's real human traffic. I have made some sales, but compared to what I've spent on the ads, I'm still operating at a loss. The main issues seem to be that the visitors from roller ads are not targeted enough, so the conversion rate is low. I need to re-evaluate my targeting to reach users more likely to purchase my products or services. Though real visitors are better than bots, low conversion rates mean I can't scale this traffic acquisition channel profitably in its current form. Going forward, I plan to narrow my targeting and split test different demographics to see if I can increase engagement and conversions. I will also optimize my landing pages, offers, and ads to better appeal to these potential customers. While roller ads have not been profitable yet, with some adjustments to targeting and creative, I believe they could still work with the right audience and value proposition. I need to align my offer and messaging better with customer needs to turn this real traffic into actual sales.
