The traffic itself comes from the same publishers as before. That said, bid prices on sources depend on competition and demand. If more advertisers are chasing the same placements, prices naturally go up — that's just how the market works. In that case, you may need to adjust your bids or explore new sources. We'd also recommend checking out Traffic Presets — they're pre-made zone sets made of the most profitable traffic sources for the most common verticals and GEOs. It can save you time and help you find fresh sources that work. If you share your account details with support, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your campaigns and offer some personalized suggestions.

Hi Ahmed, We're sorry to hear that your first experience with RollerAds didn't meet your expectations. After reviewing your campaign, we found that it was launched with very broad targeting (RON) and a bid above the recommended average for a premium GEO. This allowed the campaign to participate in a large number of auctions at once, causing the budget to be spent much faster than expected. The Hourly Budget Distribution feature, which helps spread spending evenly throughout the day, was also not enabled. Your daily budget was set to $15, while the final spend reached $16.54. A small budget overflow can occasionally occur with CPM campaigns, especially when using broad targeting and high bids, as some impressions may already be in the delivery pipeline before the campaign is stopped. Receiving traffic quickly is not an indication of bot traffic. RollerAds works with a large number of direct publishers operating high-traffic websites, so campaigns with broad targeting can legitimately receive a high volume of traffic in a short period of time. Regarding conversions, we continuously monitor traffic quality using multiple anti-fraud systems. However, conversions also depend on factors such as the offer, landing page, and campaign setup. To investigate your concerns, we asked for your tracker report with Click IDs and other technical data so we could compare it with our logs, but unfortunately we didn't receive the information needed to complete the investigation. As requested, we processed a refund of your remaining account balance. We genuinely regret that your campaign didn't deliver the results you expected, and our team is always available to help optimize campaign settings before launch to avoid situations like this in the future.

Hello, Saad! We understand your frustration, but let us clarify what actually happened. On May 30, you made a $50 deposit. At that time, you had over 40 active campaigns — 29 of them running on CPA Goal model and the rest on Smart CPM. All of them were already in "Active" status, which you set yourself. As soon as the funds hit your balance, all campaigns resumed automatically. On most of your CPA Goal campaigns, you had set very high daily and total budgets — over $1,500 — and the ad zone test budget was set between $500–$1,000. When your $50 deposit came in, it was distributed across all 40 active campaigns. According to our records, each campaign spent about $1–$2 — which is well within your own limits. That's why your balance drained quickly. Our system worked as designed. If you don't want certain campaigns to run in the future, we'd recommend pausing them. We asked Trustpilot for information to identify you as a user so we could properly look into the issue. The only thing we need from you is a click log report — a simple .csv file with click IDs, timestamps, and timezone info. Without that, we can't check where the traffic came from or what happened. So far, you haven't provided us with that report. Just a quick note — getting no conversions doesn't always mean bot traffic. Sometimes it's about targeting settings, landing page, creative, or the offer itself not clicking with real users.
