Dear Sajeev, We are sorry to hear about your frustration. Our support team made multiple attempts to understand and resolve your concern, but we were unable to identify the specific issue, as our platform functionality has remained consistent. To clarify: - Our statistics system has not undergone changes affecting impression/click data visibility - All campaign data remains accessible through standard reporting tools - We have not received specific details about what exact information you found missing We take all feedback seriously and would be happy to reinvestigate if you can provide: - Specific campaign names/dates you're comparing - Screenshots showing the missing data - Details about which third-party tracking tools you're using We remain available to assist if you decide to share more concrete details about the technical issue you experienced💙

Hi Paten, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We always aim for transparency and want to clarify the situation. Our technical team has completed a thorough investigation. Here is the clear timeline we confirmed: You paused the campaign on October 2. We received your support request on October 3. This means that from the moment the campaign was stopped until you contacted us, only one day had passed. To explain the charges, it's important to understand how the system functions: when you pause a CPC campaign, we immediately stop sending new ads. However, users can still click on ads that were delivered before you hit pause. These are "late clicks," and they are charged on a CPC basis as they represent valid traffic. In your case, the campaign's very broad targeting generated a high volume of initial traffic, which led to a corresponding number of late clicks being processed after the pause. We provided our detailed resolution on October 6, which was within our standard investigation timeframe. A detailed explanation of the situation has already been sent to your email. We are ready to answer any additional questions you may have through our official support channel. Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to improve our communication and services. We would like to provide clarity on the points you have raised, specifically regarding our payment terms and the reason for your account suspension. Our payment policy is designed to be flexible and secure for both parties. While we do offer twice-weekly payments for our trusted, long-term partners, the specific payment schedule for each publisher is determined individually based on the quality of traffic and the history of collaboration. For new partners, as was the case with your account, we often initiate a Net30 or Hold30 schedule. This is a standard industry practice that allows us to verify the quality and legitimacy of the traffic before processing faster payments. This initial period is a safeguard for our network and advertisers. The initial precaution with your payment schedule was due to our system's early alerts about potentially non-compliant traffic. Unfortunately, these suspicions were confirmed. Your account was suspended not based on a generic claim, but on concrete evidence. Our monitoring systems and team identified that a part of your traffic originated from adult-oriented sources. This is a direct and serious violation of our Terms of Service, which we enforce strictly to maintain a quality advertising ecosystem for all our clients. For security reasons, we do not share detailed forensic data publicly, but we are prepared to provide this evidence to you directly via a private channel. If you wish to receive it, please contact us from the email associated with your account. We regret that our partnership ended this way. We hope this explanation provides clarity on our policies and the reasons behind our decisions💙

Hello Rahul, We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your campaign results. At RollerAds, we are committed to providing high-quality traffic and transparent service to all advertisers. Your campaign received traffic according to the settings you applied, and we requested a detailed report to investigate any potential issues. Unfortunately, without that data, we are unable to verify your claims. Regarding website transparency, we work with a vast network of publishers, and our system dynamically selects sources based on bidding and targeting parameters. While we cannot share a full list of all partner sites for privacy and compliance reasons, advertisers can track performance through their own analytics tools. If you are still open to resolving this matter constructively, we encourage you to provide the requested data so we can review your case. Our support team remains available to assist you💙

Hello, Kevin! We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve encountered🙏 Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days, but during holiday periods, processing times may be longer, sometimes taking up to 10+ working days, especially when bank processing times are involved. We apologize for the delay in this case. Your refund request is being handled as a priority, and we expect the funds to appear in your account within the next few days. Please note that refunds are issued as a transaction cancellation, and as such, they might not appear as a deposit in your account, but rather as a reversal of the original charge. Our support team will reach out to you in chat shortly to provide further details, including the ARN code, and provide further guidance. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are working hard to resolve this for you💙
