These are well constructed bikes. I've had minor problems and customer service always been available to resolve the issue. Very happy with my Emma 4.0 and my Leon.

First thing customer service, I assume you have done all your research you know it’s going to be an Internet purchase. Customer Service I’m giving Five Stars. (Example) my front brake failed (bummer.) Communication is thru texting, fast and responsive. Customer service asked me for photos of the brake problem. Sent me a new front brake super fast with plenty of installation videos. Super happy with my Emma 4 truly in joy the step thru frame. This is my second ebike purchase super glad I went for the step thru frame . It’s not fun anymore throwing your leg over the top of a frame with 26” wheels.Torque it’s all about the torque. I live on the side of a hill (mountain) plenty of hill power. I put an extra (test) 30 lb ish in the back box (super helpful) pulling up my hill no problem a good amount of torque is very important. Two batteries plenty of power. I could go on but you’re tired of me. Truly happy with my purchase.

I'm a return customer. I bought the Emma 3.0 and loved it. I'm now buying the Emma 4.0. I'm really looking forward to it. These bikes are powerful for me and the kids, comfortable, have great utility, and fun. I also find them durable, stable, and fast. The customer service and sales reps have always treated me very well. I recommend Roll Road and Emma bikes to anyone who wants a quality bike at a good price.

Emma 4.0 is one of the very best ebikes I've had, and I've had over 45 in the past several years! The quality of the build is above 99% of e-bikes! Awesome hydraulic breaks, awesome suspension makes a smooth comfortable ride! Speed is excellent, I've got to 39 mph no problem! Great seat. Long or shorter versions, this bike is amazing and a keeper! Customer service is unbeatable! LILY AND NORA ARE AWESOME! Get yourself a Roll Road Ebike. You'll love it!

5/12/26had a Code come up for break sensor but with the help of your term it was resolved quickly and I think it is a well built machine and it was fairly easy to assemble it 's very sturdy and a smooth riding bike I love the after sales service I tell everyone that I love it and highly recommend roll- road thank you for making my 1st e-bike experience superior

AMAZING!!! Take it from someone who has had 10 brands of Ebikes/Emotos & is in a big ebike group! I have the Roll Road Shark 3.0. This bike is the Rolls Royce of ebikes. The BMW battery is by far better then every other bike I have had or been around! I never have to worry about my battery dying or having to charge! If your looking for an ebike, Stop scrolling. You found the right bike!! &&&&& THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND GREAT!!! They have went above and beyond for me multiple times! BTW ive owned the bike over a year and have 1000 miles. Zero Issues!!!

I have the Emma 4... Initially there were a hand full of negative reviews which l can now totally dismiss as being shills from the competition. My experience from pre purchase, delivery to after sales service has been excellent. No broken or damaged boxes, no damaged parts or components, no ghosting by the support team as inferred by some.... in fact, quite the opposite. The communication access with the team is exceptional. Whilst there were several hiccups in the process, every time, the team came back with alternative options and solutions. Apart from being the best bang for buck bike on the market today, the service from this company in my view has been flawless. In terms of the bike. I am 185cm tall and a thick set 120kgs. This bike is by far the most capable and best fit of any other bike I have test rode. So, if you are a big unit like me and a lot of other Aussies are, then this is the bike for you. Or, if you just simply intend to double with a companion, this bike is a no brainer. I've only had it a week, and so far, both bike and service, has been soooooo good. Very happy. 🙏🏽
