My experience with Rolitek was a total nightmare. They rejected my entire inventory worth $40,000 over some supposed condition issue, which turned out to be nonsense. I suspect it was just some random worker leaving food near our products and attracting bugs. But instead of owning up to their mistake, Rolitek washed their hands of the whole thing. Definitely not the kind of people you want to do business with.

While using Rolitek for shipping orders, I encountered some challenges with timeliness and communication. The Seller Fulfilled Prime orders were not consistently shipped on time, leading to potential issues with Amazon. Additionally, there were delays and uncertainties with outgoing Amazon FBA orders, including inaccurate pallet counts and missing weight information.
