Hello, We never received the gift for my nephew. The last delivery service warned him to late they were coming, so they missed him. They sent the package back to the previous delivery service without letting us pick it up. It must have then got lost because we did not hear from it. Is it not possible to send the package to a relay point? Thank you,

Product never made it. I ordered it to arrive before Christmas, but the tracking number delivered it to the wrong address. after contacting support, they did nothing, including no refund.

Wished I’d of checked trust pilot before ordering directly online with this company. Normally buy from our local garden centre but decided to use the offer online. Delivery took well over the time frame advised but expected a delay due to Christmas. Parcel was delivered by Royal Mail and states it was delivered to a neighbour. A man from the picture provided I’m a women and my neighbour is an old lady. Several emails later and I still do not my items or a refund. I have been asked to go directly to Royal Mail to obtain a proof of loss!! I can’t do this because I didn’t send the parcel and this is not something they produce. I will reporting this to trading standards and hopefully will get a refund via route as customer service are a complete waste of time. This company do not understand the UK postal systems and will not provide a refund. No email recieved and still no resolution.

TERRIBLE - AVOID!! We purchased a 3d puzzle from Rolife which was the sunset carnival puzzle with musical and moving parts. The puzzle itself looks great and if it could be assembled properly, would have been a beautiful piece to have. However, it became very clear very fast that the puzzle pieces do not fit correctly into the associated slots, as these are completely different sizes and fits. I tried to use glue in some places, but the parts kept coming apart and the whole puzzle disintegrated. On the one occasion that I did manage to (barely) get it to hold together, the entire outer casing just fell apart - no matter how many attempts I made, it would never stay together. The mechanism for the ferris wheel to move also kept seizing up so the whole thing was just a mess. Then I had to deal with their "support" team who do everything in their power to avoid giving a direct answer to you about what they want you to do, asking to send pictures of EVERY PART that does not work, is virtually impossible (because there are a lot of parts) Anyways, I would really implore anyone thinking of purchasing one of these puzzles from Rolife, to AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!! Also, no point in the company telling me to email them, I’ve been doing that and they will only offer 50% refund which is a joke.

Horrible customer service. I have emailed 3 times looking for information regarding my order and have received 0 responses. The tracking linked to the order isn’t very helpful either. At this point I wish I just bought from a store. Won’t order again

I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago, have heard nothing since, the only contact information they show is email, I have sent 2 which they have ignored. This is a Christmas gift, so disappointing.
