RolifeReviews of rolifeonline.com

Package came in good condition. From order to orderconfirmation, within same day. From orderconfirmation to shipment notice, 3 days. From shipment to delivery, within 14 days. Costumerservice answer, within 24 hours. I see this as a fast and trustworthy company.

I contacted Roliffe UK customer support about a small piece of wire that's used to make door handles in the Cathy's flower house model, I couldn't get the correct type of wire anywhere so I thought I would email Roliffe, the item isn't listed in the spare parts section of the website so I didn't expect any reply. Not only did I get a reply within hours asking for more details I then received another email saying they would look into it. A week or so later when I thought they'd forgotten I received the piece of the wire in the post, they've not even charged me for delivery, I'm so surprised and happy that I can now finish my first model. This is customer service at it's very best, I would definitely recommend the paper 3d models, well made, detailed and addictive. Thanks to all at UK customer service

Just loved doing this... from start to finish. Everything was perfect and so well thought off. Enjoyed every minute of this build.

I've just completed Cathy's flower House and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's my first go and I made mistakes . Next time I will follow the instructions more carefully . That didn't detract from my enjoyment and I found ways round my errors. Starting a new page I sometimes thought "you want me to do what?" And then ploughed on. I felt quite proud of my self when I completed individual pieces.

I recently bought 2 book nooks (Holiday Garden House and Bookstore) from Rolife and LOVE them. The quality is outstanding and the instructions are easy to follow and well presented. Some of the items are quite challenging to assemble but this just makes it more satisfying to complete. I thought I would struggle with connecting the wiring for the lights on both sets but got it right first time. I had some problems with delivery of the second set due to UPS not delivering to PO Boxes (I live in a mountain village which has no postal delivery) but the Rolife team stayed in constant contact with me via email right until I finally received it. I'm very happy with the quality, price, service and huge amount of fun I had building them. I will be buying more and look forward to upgrading to bigger more challenging builds!

My order arrived within 7 days and as always, it was always a fun experience creating with Rolife!

I was surprised when I saw here some bad reviews. In my case, everything was good, from ordering to shiping and fast receiving a package. The product is made of very high quality with wonderful small details. Thank you, Rolife!
