Avoid at all costs
The watch took 8 weeks to arrive but it finally did in the middle of March. The watch is beautiful but the customer service and communication needs to be improved.

Hello sir, Firstly, because you have hidden your identity here, i cannot identify that WHO YOU ACTUALLY ARE ? BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE EVEN A SINGLE CUSTOMER FROM FEBRUARY WHOSE WATCHES ARE NOT DELIVERED YET. PERIOD! So, if you are a competitor who is trying to damage our reputation by writing a bogus review here then Well done! you have shown how cheap you can become to damage our reputation. Or, if you are really a customer then tell us more about your order ? Starting with WHAT IS YOUR NAME ? so we can look into our system and so, we can post the tracking number here itself - So that whoever sees this can track that themself and see the delivered status! And we also know you wont be able to do anything like this because: 1. 99% YOU ARE A JEALOUS COMPETITOR Who cannot see our growth which we have built with a lot of hard work and that is why you are writing fake reviews about us here 2. 1 % You maybe a customer - So prove it, and then, we will prove here that we have delivered the goods , and then maybe you can give us an actual review that we deserve about the quality of our watch. WAITING EAGERLY FOR YOUR RESPONSE! SO, THAT WE CAN SHOW THE WORLD THAT WHAT IS HAPPENING ON TRUSTPILOT THESE DAYS!
