This is uncalled for they keep telling me to wait a few days the last report was it was in customs. This company is a hoax. Beware. I am reporting them to my credit card company

I ordered a shirt which I received. It was poorly and cheaply made. When I asked if I could return it and get a refund, was told they would refund me 9 dollars (cost 40), and that I didn’t need to return the shirt. I messaged back and asked why I should have to settle for 9$. Still waiting for response.

Ordered as a Christmas present with enough time to ship. Never received it. The sent a tracking # that silk wasn't in the USPS system 12 days after they said it was shipped.

For $50 US. A sweater with the words "Yes, I'm cold. -me 24/7". You would think it would be a warm substantial sweater. It's a super thin low quality hoodie. And i have to gift this for Xmas. Shoulders aren't sown right either. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I placed on order on November 28, it is December 23 and still have not received my order. First they told me my address was incomplete which is nonsense. I have written to them several times and still they are taking care of my order. I am calling my American Express to have a dispute ready. i already told them that if I do not received the merchandise by the time the bill comes, I am not paying for the order. I do not know what kind of company this one is but it does not look to be reliable or trustworthy. Last time I am ordering from them. their blouses look beautiful. If I get my order I will see the quality. i have read previous reviews now about how poor the quality is. In the meantime, I am calling today Amex to have the dispute in record. I just heard from them that the order is in transit but when I check with the order number it is the same.... my order is in limbo and yet they charged my card right away.

Item took 3 weeks to ship, customer service was responsive but unhelpful and refused to cancel the order (that had not shipped) more than 2 weeks after the order was placed. After attempting to return after receiving the item I was offered a partial refund only if the item was damaged. Would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered 4 tops for a total of $125. I decided to keep only 1, the others just didn’t fit. There was no packing list included in my package which has made it very difficult. The customer service dept has been very difficult to deal with. After multiple emails to them, they offered me a credit of &15. Are you kidding me! I find it very disappointing and will never purchase from them again! Nor should anyone else!

Rofye advertises free and easy returns. This is false advertising. They agreed to my poor quality items being returned but are telling me I have to pay shipping to an address in Dubai. They offered me a $55 USD refund as an alternative but they owe me $101 USD. They shipped from an address in Canada 30 minutes from my house and they want to ship the return to Dubai. Very unreasonable and unprofessional experience.
