Worse customer service ever! I ordered 2 dresses. When I received them they didn’t fit properly. I asked to return them, they said no to keep them. I said I needed a larger size, they said pay extra shipping and they would resend the order. I received the order in the same size! I now have 4 dresses that I cannot wear. After contacting customer service again, they offered me $30 credit for a $105 usd order. I said no, give me the entire order refunded or send the other size. They came back and offered me $50. These people are ridiculous. I should have read the reviews first, shame on me.

Items were supposed to me made in America and to be delivered in two weeks. Had to dispute through PayPal to get items( took 2 months) once arrived there were multiple labels one being from China. Items are not anything like the picture and customer service is terrible

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company. I placed my order for 5 shirts totaling $168 on 12/6/22. It was received 1/20/23. The company claims to ship from the USA, but it is untrue. It also says quick delivery. The items are not at all the materials described and one item wasn’t what I even ordered. You cannot return items unless customer service authorizes it. Customer service provided me with fake tracking when I emailed them. Every email I sent said “be patient”. This is clearly not a shop you want to buy from.

This should be a negative 5 star review WORST company ever They took months to claim I gave them the wrong address and shipment was returned. Couldn’t communicate that to me. I had to reach out to them. My delivery address was auto filled by my computer as it always is and I double checked with PayPal saying address was properly given. They finally refunded my money after charging me $20 for shipping. What a scam. They also claim they’re a Los Angeles based business when in fact it is a Chinese company Beware

Royfe has not responded to my repeated requests to initiate a return.

Charged me $40 for a very thin hoodie, then had $15 worth of shipping to only take it 4 weeks to get to me and at that point in time the USPS Delivery Man told me I had to pay postage in order to receive the item. Another $11.15 for postage due at delivery. You have to either pay cash, or have it returned to sender, which would have made it take another month to receive the low-quality product. Just over $66 for something that my wife won’t wear. I wrote in, and they expected a receipt from USPS. That doesn’t happen on your front porch when you pay cash. Less than happy, and would recommend finding another vendor.

If I could give a negative number I would. Terrible customer experience with this company. Poor communication. No tracking numbers provided. Item was delivered 5 weeks after ordering. I would recommend you never do business with them. Terrible business!

DO NOT buy anything from this store. Customer service does not exist it can take several days to get simple answers if you get any at all. Good Luck trying to get a refund when they only send you part of the order after you wait 45 days. Not customer service no refunds horrible delivery time!
