I wanted to return one of the three items I'd purchased within 5 days of receiving it but they said no! Even though they claim free returns for 30 days they did not honor it. They said I would have to pay for the freight charge since it would be very expensive to return to Dubai. Very poor quality clothing also. I wore the sweater once and it pilled horribly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

I ordered 3 dress on 1/13/2023 and they have yet to be even showing that they have been processed. I keep wondering if I will ever get them if I could give 0 stars I would

Can I give zero stars? Terrible - quality of the clothes is poor and not as pictured in the photo / but worse when I wanted to return I was told to keep the product but they would only refund $41 of a $105 dollar purchase - and I could keep the clothing because it would cost too much to return it to Dubai! They claim their stuff made in LA which is clearly not true - do not waste your money on this company

If I could give this company one star, I would. I purchased an item from their website and when I received it, it did not fit, as expected. I actually purchased another sweatshirt, which was the same size and it fit perfectly. The company states "Free Returns within 30 days" and "30-day fit guarantee". When I attempted to return the item, they offered me a $15 refund and I could keep the item, which I paid $43.99. They claim it is too expensive to send me a return label. After bargaining with them over the course of several days, they offered me $25.00 and I could keep the item, which I have no need for, as it does not fit. I rejected their offer, which at this point, I am losing money, but it is more about the point. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. CHEAP QUALITY AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR GUARANTEES. Update-After several emails, they finally agreed to refund the full amount of the item I purchased. I had also initiated a dispute with PayPal and was decided in my favor. This was a huge PIA and would NEVER buy anything from this company again.

Very bad customer support. Even though their website says 30 day return, they do not let you return. I ordered 3 sweaters for my daughter that were way too big even though I ordered their smallest size. As they did not fit , I decided to return and requested for a return label. After repeated email to customer support , they said they would give $18.00 credit. Never sent the return label. I lost my money and will never order from them again.

I purchased 3 shirts and never received an email confirming my purchase but they took the money out of my accounts within five minutes also a few days later I get a 3 dollar charge for international tax but still no information on my purchase!! Should I call my bank and fight this charge???

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!I ordered a shirt that said it is shipped from SC. The shirt did not fit. I asked for the return authorization form. They offered me $13.00 refund and keep the shirt or I can pay return postage. I will NEVER order from this company again....

The Company says it is made in America but my shirt says made in China and the quality is horrible. One shirt does not even look like the picture. I am still trying to get my money back and they have offered me $7 on a $57 shirt. The sleeves on the one shirt I got are of a different material than the rest of the shirt and it is all paper thin. This shirt is also way to small. I would never buy from them again
