Dress is cheaply made and not worth half the price. It is the worst company I ever purchased from, no refunds, are they kidding??? and offer $15 compensation, that means we only give back something but not all??? Why not??? Ridiculous! I learned a lesson about purchasing on line!!

This company only does not accept returns for items unless there is damage, so the customer cannot return an item for poor quality or a bad fit (poor construction). DO NOT PURCHASE from them unless you have money to waste!!

The quality isn't there for price. Fabric basically is a crappy polyester! Your photographers are fabulous at recreating a beautiful look, but not as pictured totally comes to mind!

Absolutely the worst company that I have dealt with. I ordered a item and it came in the wrong size and did not fit. In my attempts to return they Rofye came back with "would I accept $7.00 and keep the Item". I rep,I'd no as I paid $47.00 for the item and wanted my $ returned to me. They replied would I accept $15.00 and keep the item. I replied no and that I wanted the purchase price returned. They then replied would I accept $22.00. As in my previous replys I again said no and that I wanted my purchase price back. They then replied that I would have to return it at my expense. I said to them that it was their mistake in sending me the incorrect size and they are responsible for paying for the return. Rofye is a company that takes advantage of customers even when it is their mistake and they do not have any customer service. I will never deal with this company again and I gave them a 1 rating as there is no "0" rating.

When you buy from them you get emails that will not quit, and can not unsubscribe because it is a unsafe website! BEWARE

It took 2 months before I got my order of long sleeve shirts after emailing and emailing Customer Service . . . . (Winter's over!) Quality and size were not as advertised. Can't get them to refund everything in original package, one day after it was finally delivered. Took way too much of my time! Still have no resolution . . . .

Not made in the US. Took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. Not as pictured. Quality questionable. Returns impossible no matter what they say. Stay away. I posted a review on their website. They don’t post negative reviews.
