The clothes seem to be good quality but customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no paperwork to initiate a return and emails go unanswered. Eventually, if they do respond, they just ask what’s wrong and don’t offer a solution. REPEATEDLY. ALSO, i think when ordering it said made inUSA, which is one of the reasons I ordered. I doubt it because there is Chinese writing all over the package.

Return Policy is a lie.

Scam: Beware! Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 items, kept 2 but wanted to return a dress (which is too big). They said keep the dress and we’ll offer you $7 compensation. I said no I want my money back ($75). Then they offered $15; third offer was $22! What kind of a company is this?!?! Let’s see what they do now as I have mailed my dress back to Markham address. Nice clothes but this makes me so angry! Ttheir claim of Easy Returns is a scam! Buyers beware!!! I have warned all my girlfriends and will continue to do so. Do the right thing Rofye!!!!🤬

I read reviews before ordering and should have heeded advice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do NOT provide any returns as they advertise. They do not respond to any communication. After the dresses were delivered they sent a message saying not to return without authorization code but refuse to provide one. SCAM. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give a “0” I would. I bought a dress and it was delivered on 4/14. Due to travel, I wasn’t able to try on the dress until May (it was supposed to be taken on the trip but the delivery was slow). I t didn’t fit and was poor quality so I requested a refund on 5/12. The dress was $44. They offered me $8 and I could keep it. I said no, I want my refund. They came back and offered $15 and I could keep the dress. Again, I said I want a refund. As a slap in the face they are asking I pay shipping back when their website clearly says free returns with 30 days. Poor quality, poor customer service. Stay clear of this site.

The shirt did not fit and it was not what I was expecting. I have tried for over a week to email for a return tag but no one emails me back. This company is a scam. Watch out !

This company advertises “free returns within 30 days” but doesn’t honor it. Only gives you an email address to communicate with and then gives you the run around when you ask to return something. Do not trust this company you will regret it.
