I would give them a zero if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are NOT based in the US or anywhere in Europe - the first lie and they engage in both fraud and deceptive business practices. Not only are the clothes thin and very cheaply made (you definitely get what you pay for) but the alleged "Free Returns" is a TOTAL LIE. Not only was everything in my order the wrong size, the clothes smelled like old cigarette smoke. When I asked for the "return authorization" I was told that despite the "Free Returns" tag plastered on their website, they would NOT pay for return shipping and would not refund my money - that I could keep the clothes and they would refund a fraction of what I paid! I did not want their cheap, smelly clothes so I pushed and pushed and wound up getting all but $35 refunded. As a friend says, stupid should hurt and that $35 loss will remind me NEVER to buy anything online without checking the reviews first.

The clothing that I received was of poor quality and most of them didn’t fit as expected. Contacted customer service via email. They told me that they would refund $75 of the $300 that was billed. This company is a scam. Please beware.

Buyer beware! I ordered a dress from them for a special occasion wedding. They claim they ship from within the USA. I live in California and 3-1/2 weeks later I still have not received the dress, and now will not have it in time for the wedding. They promise most buyers will receive their product within one to two weeks. Don’t believe them. That is false advertising. My gut feeling is it ships from overseas. Do not plan on having it in less than 4 weeks. UPDATED 06/26/23: The dress finally arrived (took 4 weeks) and it is about 2 to 3 sizes TOO SMALL, not based on US sizing at all. I normally wear a size L/XL. I ordered this in an XL for extra buffer room, but the width around the chest/bra line is more like a size Small, couldn’t even fit it over my head. It was tiny! Not equitable to U.S. sizing in any way. Now that I want to return it, and I pulled up my order, I realized I paid for it by PayPal, not by credit card, so I’m probably out of luck of $62 I paid for the dress with shipping. Beware!!!!

I placed a order of 4 items received it but all the items do not fit they run small. Trying to return them and they want to pay me only $55 for all my items but I can keep them. But what good are they to me when they don't fit. Very frustrated

They sent me the wrong size, the clothes were not at all with a depicted on the website, they took five weeks to send me the clothes, they said they had a great return policy and said they could only give me $40 back out of 300 and they are complete. Awful scam.

This company is a SCAM….can’t initiate a return! The dress is nothing like it is pictured. Don’t buy!

I bought a dress from this company and is it not as advertised. It is poorly made. I sent an email asking how to return it. They offered me a $7 credit to keep it. I said I wanted a full refund, and they offered me a $16 refund. I want a full refund.

I have ordered from them before and was satisfied. But this time I ordered two items and wanted to return one of them. They instead asked me to keep the top and they would refund $10. Not acceptable
